Do you have any programs for Disabled Veterans?

Vehicles registered to an active FasTrak account and displaying* a qualifying California veteran license plate drive toll-free on The Toll Roads and certain other toll facilities in California, pursuant to Vehicle Code § 23301.3. In order to qualify for this program, please submit the following via email or fax (949) 727-4991 for review: Image of the license plate, copy of the vehicle’s valid registration, number on the transponder mounted on the vehicle.

*As of October 1, 2025, The Toll Roads have expanded the Disabled Veteran’s Program for drivers that do not wish to display a veteran plate but qualify for the California DMV Disabled Veteran Registration Fee Exemption. Drivers that qualify for the Registration Fee Exemption will receive free tolls on The Toll Roads ONLY (State Routes 73, 133, 241 and 261) beginning the day their program enrollment is approved. Learn more about The Toll Roads’ Disabled Veteran’s Program – Registration Fee Exemption.
